AI can write and think, but it can’t crawl under your sink at 2am.
Every house is different, you need a licence, and old plumbers are retiring faster than new ones show up — so the pay goes up.

What FindPlumbers is
A burst pipe is not a quote request.
FindPlumbers is a dispatch app for right now. You describe what’s wrong, we find licensed plumbers near you who are working at this moment, and one of them accepts and drives over. No phone tree, no callback window, no “someone will be in touch.”
-
Licensed plumbers only
Every plumber submits their licence when they sign up and is reviewed by a human before they can take a single job. You see their name, photo, rating and licence status the moment they accept.
-
A price ceiling you approve first
Before you request anyone, you see the call-out fee, the hourly rate and the maximum that will be held on your card. Work beyond that maximum needs your explicit approval — it cannot happen quietly.
-
Pay only for work done
We place a hold, not a charge. When the job is finished you’re charged for the work actually done, itemised. Cancel free any time before your plumber arrives.
How it works
Two sides, six steps.
If you need a plumber
-
Describe the job
What’s wrong, a photo if it helps, and where. Drop a pin or type the address. Takes about two minutes.
-
Approve the price, then request
You see the call-out fee, the hourly rate and the maximum hold before you tap Request. Nearby available plumbers are offered the job; the first to accept gets it.
-
Track, pay, rate
Watch your plumber drive to you on the map. When the work is done you’re charged for what was actually done, and you rate them.
If you are a plumber
-
Sign up and get approved
Your phone number, your licence, and your payout details through Stripe. A human reviews the licence before your first job.
-
Go available
Flip the switch when you’re working. Jobs near you come in with the address, the problem and the money. Accept the ones you want, decline the rest.
-
Do the work, get paid
Mark en route, arrived, in progress. Itemise what you did, complete the job, and the payout goes to your account — no invoicing, no chasing.

FindPlumbers launches area by area, because a dispatch app is only worth having if someone actually answers. If you’re a licensed plumber and want to be one of the first on it, email support@findplumbers.world.
